Christmas vouchers and the foodbank

Thank you to all the kind recipients who donated their Milverton United Charities Christmas vouchers to the Taunton Foodbank.

£930 was raised which allowed Emma and Russell of the Milverton Stores to purchase more than a thousand tins or cartons of food. A wide variety of goods were bought including tinned meat, tinned fruit, tinned vegetables, cartons of long-life milk and fruit juice, and rice pudding.

Milns Priscott very kindly transported the food to the Foodbank.
